Abstract Title: Detection of Microorganisms in food and water

Biography:

Maryam has completed her Master Degree at the age of 26 years from Sultan Qaboos University, and Professional and honorary doctorate (PHD) in food safety and health from the Oxford College of International Studies, United Kingdom, 23.12 2024.(2021-2024) Oman. she is the head of Microbiology lab at Al Joudah Food Tech Lab, Also she is the owner of Maryam’s ideal project ,she has over 5publications that have been cited over 2000 times, she has been participated in many conference, journal and others workshops 2013-2025

Research Interest:

Microorganisms (microbes) are microscopic living organisms, including bacteria, archaea, fungi, protists (algae/protozoa), and sometimes viruses, that are too small to be seen by the naked eye. The aim of this study is to check the present of different type of microorganism in food product and water Result showed that there are pathogenic bacteria in food and water as wee as spoilage bacteria ,Maintenance of quality and safety during distribution and storage will help to eliminate the present of those bacteria
